Community Art installation at Magdalen Road Studios Gallery 8, following a series of workshops held at ST Luke's Church, funded by Oxford City Council and led by artist Sonia Boué. Inspired by objects and the stories that go with them participants responded in multiform ways, including songwriting, filmmaking, assemblage and painting. This event is FREE and may include live music.
Penny’s work is concerned with the process of making and intangible cultural heritage. She is interested in using traditional crafts in new settings bringing them to new audiences and working in a range of materials.
Studios artist Tom Milnes will be exhibitiing work from 24th August.

Tom Campbell is back in Oxford with an exhibition, artist talk and workshops during October in Gallery 8.
Artist Katya Mora has spent two weeks working within the studios on new work whilst on a visit to Oxford from Mexico. She will exhibit work in Gallery 8 from 29th August - 31st August and will also give a talk about her work on 31st August at 7pm.
